These are the Terms and Conditions of Criações Naturais, Lda., with the address Lomba das Barracas, s/n, 9675-044 Furnas, São Miguel – Azores, tax identification number: 509 595 073 and contact: pocadadonabeija@gmail.com
These terms and policies apply to all guests visiting Poça da Dona Beija purchasing their services at https://bookings.pocadadonabeija.com/en, hereafter called website.

Steps to book your admission at the website:
1. Access the link bookings.pocadadonabeija.com
2. Define the number of people and their ages for booking (the maximum allowed per reservation is 15 people)
3. Choose the date and starting time of the period (1 hour and 30 minutes) you wish to visit Poça da Dona Beija (period start times/slots: every 30 minutes, between 8:30 am and 9:30 pm)
4. Identify visitors (name, birth date, and ID card/number)
5. Identify reservation holder (name, email, and country)
6. If desired, enter the data to issue invoice
The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, it cannot be reissued with alterations.
7. Confirm the purchase summary
Date and time selected in the booking, as well as visitors data, cannot be changed after purchasing the tickets.
8. Finalize/Make the payment:
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);

3 - Tickets
When you book your admission at the website, the electronic ticket you receive (by email) can only be used once. All subsequent usages will be refused.
Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. It is illegal to reproduce them in any form.
The ticket is valid only at the date and time selected in the booking process and clearly stated on the ticket you received after completing your purchase. If you don’t arrive at the pre-booked date and time slot (1 hour and 30 minutes), you will not be able to enter later (you will have to make a new booking/ticket purchase).
If you arrive late, your stay will not be extended. The time slot you reserved is for 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting at the arrival time of your booking.
4 - Cancellations / Refunds
There are no cancellations, exchanges, and/or returns/refunds of purchased tickets.
ATTENTION: if you are not sure, do not book/purchase tickets
We reserve the right to cancel all bookings, when unable to provide the company’s services due to force majeure event, such as but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or any other irregularity outside the company’s control. In such an event, no compensation or refund is payable.
5 - Liability | Force Majeure
Poça da Dona Beija disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness, or changes in schedule caused by force majeure event, such as but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or any other irregularity outside the company’s control and for expenses due to any of these reasons.
Poça da Dona Beija disclaims responsibility for any costumer valuables that might get lost or damaged during the visit. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the customer.
6 - General provisions
You agree that any claim, action, or lawsuit arising out of these terms and conditions and/or the services purchased, shall be interpreted, and governed in conformity with Portuguese Law. For any legal dispute which may arise, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the respective Judges and Courts of the town of Ponta Delgada, Azores.
7 - Terms amendments
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the last revision of these Terms of Service is set at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website after any such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by the modified Terms.
8 - Privacy policy
The processing of the data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Your data subject to computer processing will appear in the company database and are intended to record the bookings made.
You are guaranteed, under the terms of the law, the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, personally or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
