The user\/customer is fully responsible for the data used to issue invoices.
Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

When booking your ticket on the website, the electronic ticket received (by email) can only be used once. All subsequent uses will be refused.

Illegal resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and, in such cases, will be void. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. It is illegal to reproduce them in any way.

The ticket is valid only on the date and time selected during the booking process and clearly indicated on the ticket you received after completing your purchase. If you do not arrive on the pre-booked date and time slot (within 1 hour and 30 minutes), you will not be able to enter later (you will have to make a new booking\/purchase a new ticket).

If you arrive late, your time at the premises will not be extended.
