These are the Terms and Conditions of Criações Naturais, Lda., headquartered at Lomba das Barracas, s/n, 9675-044 Furnas, São Miguel – Azores, NIPC: 509 595 073 and contact details: 296584256 (call to the national landline network) | pocadadonabeija@gmail.com.
These terms and policies apply to everyone who visits Poça da Dona Beija and purchases its services at https://bookings.pocadadonabeija.com/en, hereafter called website.

Steps to book your admission at the website:
1. Access the link bookings.pocadadonabeija.com
2. Define the number of people and their ages for booking (the maximum allowed per reservation is 15 people) e preencher a(s) data(s) de nascimento referente(s) à(s) pessoa(s) com menos de 18 anos
3. Choose the date and starting time of the period (1 hour and 30 minutes) you wish to visit Poça da Dona Beija (period start times/slots: every 30 minutes, between 8:30 am and 9:30 pm)
4. Validate the information displayed in the pop-up window (“Confirm the selected period?”)
5. Identify the person who made the booking (name, email address and telephone number).
6. If you wish, please provide the details for issuing an invoice:
The user/customer is fully responsible for the data used to issue invoices.
Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
7. Confirm the booking summary.
The period (date and time of visit), as well as visitor details, cannot be changed after the booking has been made.
8. Finalize/Make the payment:
The following payment methods are available:
– Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
– MBWAY
– Paypal
3 - Tickets
When booking your ticket on the website, the electronic ticket received (by email) can only be used once. All subsequent uses will be refused.
Illegal resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and, in such cases, will be void. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. It is illegal to reproduce them in any way.
The ticket is valid only on the date and time selected during the booking process and clearly indicated on the ticket you received after completing your purchase. If you do not arrive on the pre-booked date and time slot (within 1 hour and 30 minutes), you will not be able to enter later (you will have to make a new booking/purchase a new ticket).
If you arrive late, your time at the premises will not be extended. The time slot for using the facilities is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the arrival time indicated in your booking.
4 - Cancellations / Refunds
If you are unsure, do not make the reservation/ticket purchase! No reservations cancellations, changes to another schedule or refunds are allowed for purchased tickets.
ATTENTION: If you are unsure, please do not proceed with the ticket reservation/purchase!
We reserve the right to cancel all reservations when it is not possible to provide our services due to events of force majeure, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other irregularity beyond our control.
In this case, no compensation or refund shall be due.
5 - Liability | Force Majeure
Poça da Dona Beija disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness, or changes in schedule caused by force majeure event, such as but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or any other irregularity outside the company’s control and for expenses due to any of these reasons.
Poça da Dona Beija disclaims responsibility for any costumer valuables that might get lost or damaged during the visit. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the customer.
6 – General provisions
You agree that any claim, action, or lawsuit arising out of these terms and conditions and/or the services purchased, shall be interpreted, and governed in conformity with Portuguese Law. For any legal dispute which may arise, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the respective Judges and Courts of the town of Ponta Delgada, Azores.
7 - Changes in terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the last revision of these Terms of Service is set at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website after any such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by the modified Terms.
8 - Privacy policy
The processing of the data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Your data subject to computer processing will appear in the company database and are intended to record the bookings made.
You are guaranteed, under the terms of the law, the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, personally or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
