Yes, it is possible to buy/book tickets in advance. Currently, ticket purchases are made exclusively online on our website, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do not offer cancellations of reservations, nor exchanges and/or refunds for purchased tickets.

ATTENTION: If you are unsure, please do not proceed with the ticket reservation/purchase!

The ticket price for entry is €12 per person until 5:30 PM, and €16 per person from 6:00 PM onwards. The entry price for children aged 2 to 6 is €10 until 5:30 PM, and €14 from 6:00 PM onwards (price applicable upon presentation of identification). Children under 2 years old enter free of charge. Minors may only enter if accompanied by an adult.

Poça da Dona Beija is open every day, including holidays and Sundays, from 8:30 to 23:00. The last admission is at 21:30, and all visitors must exit all the pools/stream by 22:30.
The ticket is valid for a maximum stay of 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you wish to extend your experience, you can check availability online and purchase a new ticket (personal and non-transferable), which must be validated at our reception (check-in and bracelet exchange).

The water temperatures in the pools are around 39ºC, although the weather conditions can give a feeling of fluctuating temperatures. We have 4 swimming pools at around 39°C and the Ribeira which is around 28°C (mixture of hot water with cold water).

Ribeira may be closed due to weather conditions or natural disasters.

We offer a towel rental service. The purchase fee for this service is 4€ per towel (when renting, you must leave a deposit of 20€ in cash per towel, refundable upon delivery).

Nails and nail varnishes may change color. Dyed, bleached hair (or similar and specially blonde) may irreversibly change color. It is recommended to use a shower cap.

It is recommended not to wear silver, gold or other types of jewelry, as they might tarnish.
Yes, we are open on rainy days (and it feels great to be in hot water, with the rain falling). In case of adverse weather conditions (lightning, thunder, among others), we recommend that all visitors exit all pools/stream.
Due to space limitations and the quality we aim to provide to our visitors, we do not encourage or offer discounts for large groups.
It is not allowed to enter with food or eat in the entire premises.
